Type: Permanent | Location: Orange County, California (Hybrid) | Compensation: $300,000 – $450,000 base + equity
A fast-growing Bitcoin mining and cryptocurrency infrastructure company is seeking a CFO to lead their financial operations ahead of a planned IPO.
Responsibilities
- Own all financial operations including accounting, FP&A, treasury, and investor relations
- Lead IPO readiness — SEC reporting, SOX implementation, Big 4 audit management
- Build and scale finance team from 6 to 20+ ahead of IPO
Requirements
- CFO experience at a public company or company that has gone through IPO process
- CPA required — Big 4 background a plus
- Cryptocurrency or fintech experience a significant plus
