A privately held precision manufacturing company with $300M in annual revenue is seeking a CFO to lead financial strategy through a period of significant operational expansion.
Responsibilities
- Full financial leadership — accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and risk management
- Lead cost accounting and inventory management improvements
- Support M&A evaluation and integration
Requirements
- CFO experience in manufacturing — aerospace, defense, or industrial preferred
- Strong cost accounting background
- CPA preferred
