Key Responsibilities

Full oversight of financial planning, reporting, treasury, and risk management

Lead financial modeling for $300M+ infrastructure investment program

Manage regulatory reporting and compliance for energy sector requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

CFO or VP Finance experience in energy, utilities, or industrial sectors

Experience with project finance and capital-intensive business models

CPA or CFA preferred
